Cancellation Policy

With each confirmed booking, we are guaranteeing your reserved tour on its confirmed date. This means we may have to turn away potential bookings that conflict with yours, so we value your commitment to maintaining your booking. In the event that it has to be cancelled, we have outlined the following policies:

Cancellations made more than 14 days (two weeks) from your scheduled tour

  • Individual in the group: A full refund or credit towards a future tour will be issued. Note, if this causes the group size to be below the minimum required for the vehicle, another individual must book with your tour. We can try to secure a small vehicle, but this is not guaranteed.
  • Entire group: A full refund or credit towards a future tour will be issued.

Cancellations made in 14 days or less from your scheduled tour

  • Individual in the group: No refund or credit for a future tour will be issued. Note, another individual may take their spot with written notice.
  • Entire group: No refund or credit for a future tour will be issued.

No Shows and Tardiness

If you are not present at the appointed time and location at the scheduled start of your tour, your booking will be deemed cancelled. We will wait up to ten (10) minutes for late parties, but request that you contact us to let us know you are on your way.

Inclement Weather

Our tours operate rain or shine, however if weather conditions make driving unsafe, we will cancel accordingly. This includes severe events such as flooding, sleet, snowstorms, or high winds. If a tour needs to be cancelled, we will contact you the day before or morning of your tour.
